Alma Industrial Estate has been privately owned since
1978. It is located on Stafford Rd,
Darlaston, West Midlands, approximately 2 miles west of J9 & J10
M6 Motorway near to The Black Country Route (A454).
The manager and proprietor, Mr Charles Beare, provides a permanent site office for all enquires.

The Estate includes 20 Units ranging from 800 sq ft to 2300
sq ft. The Units are modern portal framed and provide 3 phase electricity, main line gas and
water supply. Secure parking and 24 hour access is available to all
tenants.
Alma Industrial Estate operates a very simple
system to attract new tenants and to please existing tenants. You are required to pay one month's rent in advance,
one months rent as a bond [ this is refundable ] and one years building insurance. The monthly rent is payable by
direct debit. When available, some Units can be rented on short term for a minimum period of
two months, special terms apply on request.
Building rates are payable to Walsall M B C, actual rate costs are available. Also, you may qualify for small company rate relief.
If you require to vacate the Unit, you are required to give one months notice in writing. A long formal lease is available on request.
Please note: Alma Industrial Estate does not cater for the Motor Mechanical Repair Service or any form of the Scrap Metal Trade.
